Step into our lobby this summer and you'll find wonderful photos and commentary of the remarkable life led by Mary Louise Rasmuson a major catalyst for the arts in Alaska; open to the public seven days a week, 5 - 7 p.m. (Sundays 1 -  3 p.m.), from July 17 to Aug. 24. Across the street, the Alaska Veterans Museum has a year-long exhibit honoring her extraordinary military career.
We recently celebrated the opening of this exhibit with a special kick-off event attended by members of the Rasmuson family and the CTC board. The group then walked over to the AVM and enjoyed a wonderful reception hosted by ED Col. Suellyn W. Novak, Ret. Special thanks to Tom Bennnett from the Wells Fargo Museum, and Cathy and Laura Rasmuson. Pictured above is Cathy Rasmuson sharing Mary Louise Rasmuson Stories.
