Due to unforeseen circumstances, the film discussion of For the Rights of All will be postponed until Saturday, Nov. 15 at 3 p.m. Thank you for your interest and our apologies for any inconvenience.
For the Rights of All is the inspiring story of Alaska Natives who, through non-violent social change, overcame prejudice, disadvantage and blatent bigotry to win justice for all Alaskans.
During the discussion, Diane Benson, who plays Alaska Civil Rights Heroine Elizabeth Peratrovitch, and filmmaker Jeff Silverman will share clips and a behind-the-scenes look at this extraordinary documentary, which is slated to air November 2009 or February 2010 on KAKM PBS Anchorage TV.

Jefferson Randolph (“Soapy”) Smith II (1860-July 8, 1898) was an American con artist and gangster who had a major hand in the organized criminal operations of Denver, CO, Creede, CO, and the focus of our play - Skagway, Alaska. This large cast saga will make Alaska's gold rush days and the notorious Soapy Smith come alive.Scripts are available at Cyrano's for on-site reading.
