Summer musical at Cyrano’s Theatre
Heartwarming story based on the film Spitfire Grill, about a feisty parolee who follows her dreams to a small Wisconsin town to win a contest to own the town restaurant. “Soulful and transcendent...amiable country-flavored tunes and lyrics - things are definitely cookin’ at the Spitfire Grill.”
Warren has been performing around Anchorage for the past 25 years. He is excited to be back on the Cyrano’s stage in this wonderful production working alongside these amazing actors. He last appeared as Mr. Pinkerton in Pinkalicious (Cyrano’s) last Christmas. Recently he has moved into directing local musicals with heading 2016’s Rocky Horror (Mad Myrna’s) and 2017’s Ordinary Day (Alaska Fine Arts Academy). This January he is directing a co-production between Cyrano’s and AFAA on this very stage, Disenchanted the Musical. You may have also seen Warren with Scared Scriptless improv, where he has performed, taught, and directed over the past 14 years. When not working in the theater he enjoys board games, sports, and reading Sci-Fi and Fantasy novels.
